Hello,
I do not know if this is the right title to use.
Recently made a fresh install of Kubuntu 13.04. I now have a problem with the wrong language being displayed in the desktop and some of my software. I always install English as my primary system language, with Spanish and German as secondaries for other user accounts (or just to have translations available). I have English as the main language in the language selector menu.
I'm a beginner in Ubuntu and I want to install Bulgarian language. I used to have Vista and I installed Flex Type, chose my language and clicked CTRL key and it used to change back and forth from English to Bulgarian. I don't know how to do that in Ubuntu.I know you go to System-> Preferences-> Keyboard->Layouts->choose your language.

Hi,
I am new to the forum and did a little research on it first before asking this question. I've seen some questions of a similar nature but not one of the same unless I missed it - been searching all morning!
I've purchased a HDC Galaxy S3 phone from China and it does not have the English UK Language on it. It has English US which is no no use to me, It does not have a dictionary either.

For some weird reason language settings have gone awry and the OS language changed for some random reason from English to Chinese/Japanese. (I do not have a slightest idea why; keyboard is Finnish/Scandinavic.)
Any help concerning how to switch the language setting back to English much appreciated!
I have a primary language, Italian, and I want also use a secondary language, English.
I want to switch language in order to have all the writings and messages in English not to write special characters by keyboard.
