mono vulnerabilities
CVE-2008-3422, CVE-2008-3906, CVE-2009-0217
=====================
So, I have installed mono Lenny version and It is not the correct one i need. I need squeeze which I have managed to install but the Lenny inter fears with squeeze version. I removed squeeze and it still does the same message when running mono and I need to remove it but I do not know how to remove it because I had to install it in 'aptitude'.
I know I'm running mono-apache-server4 but when I launch the site mono-apache-server2 is responding.
I'm trying to import songs off of CDs that are in mono. I can import them in Banshee or Rhythmbox, but the result is a stereo MP3, and I reason that if the mono songs are in stereo, then they're taking up twice as much space as they should be.
I'm running banshee 1.5.2 on opensuse 11.2 (x64) with KDE 4.3.1 release 6.
Each time I select the Import Media option banshee simply crashes.
I have reinstalled/upgraded banshee from scratch but still get the same issue. Any help would be appreciated:
Hi, maybe someone could help me running mono and monodevelop in F12.
I installed monodevelop from rawhide repository as I would use v2.2 including the python language add-in.
I have banshee 2.2.1 with Ubuntu 11.10
I have been trying to update banshee to 2.4 (released yesterday) but it just isnt working, I have been using
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:banshee-team/ppa
in terminal, from the Banshee.fm website.
Summary: Bar/excepting disc space constraints, Canonical intends to replace Rhythmbox in the next version of the very ubiquitous “Ubuntu” distribution, adding to it components that are explicitly excluded from Microsoft’s Community Promise
THE ROCKY LOVE affair of Banshee and Ubuntu goes a long way back and we wrote about it in posts such as:
Ubuntu Users Plead to Keep Novell
Banshee is repeatedly crashing while importing my media files. This is a clean F18 install, XFCE only (no Gnome).
YUM installed mono, but I suspect that more packages are needed.
