http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hi! I'm really newbie in Fedora (i just change this weekend) and I hope you can help me. I have google a bit (if a bit is more than 5 hours XD) but I couldn't find a solution that works for me. I have a laptop with Fedora 11 (kernel with Gnome 2.26.3 and nvidia 9600 and I used to work in Windows vista with dual monitor (one from the laptop and a Fujitsu siemens), but Fedora don't recognise my second monitor. Here my xrandr -q Screen 0: minimum 640 x 480, current 1024 x 768, maximum 1024 x 768 default connected 1024x768+0+0 0mm x 0mm 1024x768 0.0* 800x600 0.0 640x480 0.0 So, they don't detect the monitor.. I know, I can see the "no signal" . I have download and update all drivers for nvidia and X, i have download the system-config-display because in the beginning i couldn't find the xorg.conf. I have look in the Xorg.0.log however i have to recognize that i don't understand so much :S In system-config-display when i enable dual head in "second monitor" say "no monitor detected" and don't let me to choose fujitsu monitor. I have read something about to change the frecuency in the xorg.conf, but i don't know how to do it or that will work for me. I had just begun to think that the monitor doesn't work anymore, but I booted vista (i have a dual boot) and then worked properly Any help please? Thanks in advance Attached Files xorg.conf (636 Bytes) Xorg.0.log.txt (42.7 KB) (HowTos)
