http://crunchbang.org – You need to extract the config file from /usr/share/doc/moc/examples/config.example.gz (the file in the archive is named config.example) to ~/.moc, rename it to config, and edit it as you see fit; it's well-annotated.  The lines you're looking for to set the theme are "Theme = " and "XTermTheme = ".  The path for the system-wide-available MOC themes is /usr/share/moc/themes; I've found the most convenient place to put any custom theme is ~/.moc/themes.Again, as far as I know, there's no way to save the theme from within mocp; you need to manual (HowTos)
