Hey Gang,
There are numerous threads on the Jelly Bean wifi connection issues. There is a fix involving changing the DHCP range, but I am not that computer savvy and don't want to try this. So I need to get a new wifi router. We're currently on wigi g anyway. It looks like the s3 supports dual band too, so the deal is to find a dual band N router Jelly Bean does not have an issue with.
Ive got a few question about going to cm10. i think im running cm7 but dont have it with me to know exactly what version. I would like to partition the 1gb "other storage" to 8gb or so, and would like to upgrade to cm10.
1. do i need to partition first or upgrade to cm10 first. would think partition since its going to wipe data.

Hi Guys,
I have flashed my LG optimus 2X to CM10 and my wifi is not working. It does not detect any wifi signals from router. I have fully wiped my phone before installing CM10. I have tried to install many times after wiping it but still there is no wifi. It works totally fine in CM7.2 but does not work on CM9 and CM10. Can you please help me to solve this problem?
I'm not sure where I sould post error for specific ROM's but here is problem I'm having with [ROM][AROMA] Jelly Bean | CyanogenMod10 [BETA 0.37][06.10.12]
I'm trying to access a Wifi network at work (802.1x EAP security). I'm not having any issues with my home network.
As we’ve seen over the last few days, folks are hard at work creating Jelly Bean ROMs for a variety of devices. Up to this point, work seems to be limited to smartphones or Nexus tablets. That appears to have changed with some work done by user randomblame over at XDA. He has succeeded in creating an SDK port of Jelly Bean for an Acer Iconia A500.
I'm sorry if this question simply is redundant and only up to devs, but: The only thing bothering me on jelly bean roms is bad wifi signal. Is there anything that can be done to improve it? There seems to be a hole in my knowledge here, afaik modems do not affect wifi signal.

The HTC One X has gotten itself an SDK port of Google’s Jelly Bean firmware thanks to the XDA developer by the name of tgascoigne. At this point it’s nothing you can use as a daily driver, but serves as a great way to get yourself a nibble of Jelly Bean if you’re a One X user. Many things don’t work such as the camera, WiFi, audio, and much more.
