So my sister wants a matte screen protector for her SGS2. Does anyone know if its better than a normal glossy protector? Any issues with air bubbles, adhesion, etc?

I have been using my iPad as an eReader, but I just jumped on the Office Depot sale for the Google Nexus 7 to use primarily for reading and was wondering how reflective the screen is? I do like to sit outside and read, and the reflections bother me when I am reading on my iPad, so I keep a matte screen protector on my iPad.
Forgive me but I'm not so sure if this is an appropriate question to ask in this site. But is there a difference between a matte IPS or LCD display and a glossy display with anti-glare screen protector in terms of brightness, graininess (rainbow effect), and overall quality?
I have a matte screen protector on my current phone, and I think it helps a lot for outside viewing, but I've read many reviews of matte protectors complaining of degraded image quality when used with high resolution screens. Anyone have any experience with matte/anti-glare protectors on the Note 2? And, matte or clear, is there a preferred brand?
YES, I did see the threads pop up right after I typed the title for this one to tell me there has been many before, but, this one is a little different. I just want to know from people who are in India and have Nexus, which screen guard/protector are they using, which good ones are available here and from where.
So the thing is today when I was holding my phone(I have a spigen case on (tough armor)), my sister accidentally hit my hand my phone hit the floor and when I picked it up I see a crack. I don't know if it's a crack on my tempered glass screen protector or the screen itself and I don't want to take the screen protector out.
Hi, I have just bought the HTC One M8 and up to now it is brilliant, but I have had a screen protector fitted and the mobile shop that fitted it said that the screen protector does no fit very well on the M8 ,and he is right because it is too close to the edge of the screen and this allows a few bubbles to appear, so is it the wrong screen protector, or has any one else come across this?.Brian.
