In microsoft word 2010, when I use the insert citation from Citation & Bibliograpgy pane, it always insert English numbers. For a non-english text, this is not really good.

I have set the Numeral to context and if I enter a number in the text, I see non-english numbers. However in the case of citations, I always see english numbers. Is there anyway to fix that?

I need to format phone numbers in a text file. They appear as (example) 8014516912

How would I format it so that I can insert a - after the first 3 numbers, and then another - after another 3 numbers, so it would appear as 801-451-6912

How would I do this for all lines that contain a phone number?

I have a file with many numbers, with each number on one line.
