Preface: I was always interested in emulation. So after (successfully) programming emulators for several game consoles (and some other stuff), i wanted to create one able to play an alltime favorite of mine: Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros. So i needed either 2 emulators or 1 snes emulator that can do both. So after finding out that

Nintendo Australia will tour the country in June and July, showing off Super Mario Galaxy 2 and looking for the lands greatest Mario voice impersonator.

Mr Mario has been bouncing around for over two decades now, and to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Super Mario on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System Nintendo has released details of the (big breath now) Super Mario All-Stars – 25th Anniversary Edition.

Yes, we know that a significant proportion of the globe is already enjoying the delights of Super Mario Galaxy 2, but locally the game is released on July 1st.  For waiting so long, Nintendo Australia believes we all need a hug or perhaps a copy of the game signed by legendary designer Shigeru Miyamoto himself.

From July Mario is ready to storm through the galaxy again with the release of Super Mario Galaxy 2 on the Nintendo Wii.

The Nintendo Wii U launches on November 18 with the support of 23 games.
