I have an LG -E405 phone running Android 2.3.6.
As can be seen here, the phone has 1GB internal memory and 384Mb RAM.
When I look at default App manager, this is what I get,
RAM - 231Mb
System Memory - 157 Mb.
Internal Memory - 378Mb.
SD Card - 2Gb.
Also, all the applications I install, by default take up space from System memory.
Many tutorials explain about moving apps from internal memor
I'm selling my Amaze, keeping external memory.
Where is the location for custom recovery - is it on internal or external card?
I want to wipe the internal memory, keeping temp external card, reboot into recover and install custom rom from external memory, then reboot and remove internal memory.
Will the above procedure work ?
I have seen discussion about the Memory leak issue in CM10/AOKP/AOSP roms.
Actually what is this memory Leak...
If this occurred after flashinh CM10 or other non tw rom can be fixed moving to stock rom. Or will it remains permenantly.
Sorry for all this useless noob question. I want to make sure before go back to NonTW.

Hey guys, I was wondering if there is a way to switch my 32gb sd card with my internal memory so I can install more apps. If you are not sure what I mean, here is a video of someone doing it on an international S3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWIl-ztpadI Is there a possible way to do this on our phone?
With all this OTA talk, I've been getting many questions about accepting and OTA while stock rooted.

Hi Folks
I have a micro SD card from the previous phone.
In this phone we have the internal and external memory.
Whatsapp stores the new messages to \Whatsapp internal memory.
I was wondering:
- how can we save the new messages to \external_memory\whatsapp instead of using internal memory.
Guys -
I have a Sony Xperia J phone..May be you are aware that since the Internal Memory of the phone is portioned, one will be recognized as phone memory and the other as SD card...
Since this SD card is not really the External SD card, all the media files of WhatsApp will be stored here and consumes internal memory a lot..
This phone actually recognizes the external memory card as &quo
