Makefile: No targets. Stop

http://stackoverflow.com – Well I am trying to make a simple compiler and linker for myself with a makefile, as I am just starting to learn C++, but I can't seem to find out why this makefile isn't working... When I run the compile.sh, I get this error message: make: *** No target. Stop. My directory layout looks like this: + Hello World + bin (Empty) + src - HelloWorld.cpp - clean.sh - compile.sh - makefile - run.sh I haven't currently even started working on the clean.sh, as I can't even fix the compile.sh. The content of the compile.sh file is this: stty -echo # I use (HowTos)
