I have a dark GTK theme, I don't want firefox to ignore it all together, I only want the theme to effect Firefox's chrome (the buttons, address bar, bookmarks bar, etc., etc.), but I want the theme to be ignored by websites, websites should not be themed by the browser! It's a sin, and it makes everything look like absolute crap. If anyone has any idea how to fix it, that would be great, thanks!
I am using elementray os luna daily build.
And it works fine!
But if I switch the gtk theme to Zukitwo

I'm using the Ambiance theme on Ubuntu 12.04, and this is what I normally see when I open Firefox:
However, sometimes it changes to this:
which is really annoying. I find it aesthetically unpleasing and as you can see the title text of background tabs remains light-colored, thus becoming unreadable on this light background.
I have a question/request. Is there a ROM for the S3 which has a light/white theme of android? I ask because when I am outside in sun light, the screen is hard to see with the black background. I noticed that a white color background is more visible in direct sun light. Thank you.
Just upgraded from F17 to 18 last week. Works great except the Cinnamon desktop settings all got weird.
When I use Eclipse, the pop-ups that provide information on methods, variables, etc, went from the same color and font as the rest of Eclipse to a black background with white text and a very difficult to read blue for links.
This is the same for Firefox and several other apps.
Redshift is an interesting program that adjusts the color temperature of your screen according to your surroundings. And the most important is this may help your eyes hurt less if you’re long time working in front of the screen, especially at night.
Deciding the best fit from sea of colors can sometimes be a tough call for web designers. But the good news is – when we ran into color choosing and matching block, we have tools like Adobe Kuler to help us with the decision making.
Hello there again everyone,
As the title suggests i'm having trouble with unreadable text (light on light, dark on dark) in firefox 14.0.1, it's fairly annoying. I'm using the dusk theme in xubuntu 12.04.
I've searched these and other forums looking for a solution and the problem seems to be pretty common.
OK so I'm new to Crunchbang, It seems that normal websites are fine however multimedia rich websites seem to just close, On firefox I would go to lets say the Simpsons to watch full episodes and then firefox would just close or i also tried msnbc news- it just closes- Any Ideas why?
