With a new movie beginning production, Ford designers have taken the opportunity to reimagine a technical revamp of the classic Mad Max Ford Interceptor, with electrifying results.
The company announced the six separate recalls Tuesday.
The largest recall, of 92,022 vehicles, affects the 2013-2014 Ford Taurus, Lincoln MKS and Police Interceptor sedans; 2013-2014 Ford Flex and Lincoln MKT crossovers; 2012-2014 Edge crossover and 2014 Lincoln MKX crossover.
Harrison Ford was injured on the set of the next Star Wars film and is currently in the hospital receiving care, reports Variety. Ford reportedly sustained the injury while filming on Wednesday and is currently hospitalized in London Entertainment Weekly notes that the injury was to his ankle and wasn't severe.

Ford Motors today is announcing the acquisition of Livio Radio, a maker of a platform for in-car apps, with a focus on audio and music services. This is the car-maker’s first technology acquisition in 13 years. The Ferndale, MI-based startup — now a subsidiary of Ford’s Global Technologies Group — will continue to operate under the original name.
