Mac iCal delegate calendar sync to Android phone

http://androidforums.com – I use iCal at work on my Mac. I have a personal work calendar that is networked so that others at my office can see whether I am busy or not. I have also been given delegate access (read & write) to a group calendar. (File...Preferences, click on my account, the group calendar is listed in the Delegates tab.) I would like to see both of these calendars on my Android phone, which would be quite helpful when not in the office. Probably the easiest way would be to sync (even one way) to google calendar, but I cannot find a way. I tried Spanning Sync, which worked great for my work calendar, (General)

I have the GS3 phone and the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. I have Gmail for personal mail AND a different, Gmail-based account for work mail. Of course, each has a calendar, and I use those calendars from my PC, and those appointments sync seamlessly to both devices. Yay.

However, the default calendar on both the GS3 and the Note is the "My Calendar" calendar.

I have a question on how do you guys sync your calendars btw your phone, outlook and gmail? As I understand it I can’t sync my local calendar (ie ‘My Calendar’) on the with the gmail calendar. Due to that limitation I sync my outlook with my phone via kies.

I get the idea that I have to have a Google account, so I can access Google Calendar. So, I have that.

My work computer is a Win7 machine, with kind of a lot of security around it. If I could get an app on it that reads my Outlook calendar, copies all that over to Google calendar on the PC, then my problems would be over.

With Google ending Google calendar sync how will that affect the dates and such stored in my calendar when I switch devices and what not? Will it no longer auto download them to my new calendar and such? With the Note 2 having its own calendar I uninstalled the Google one since I do not need two telling me about the dates and getting two notifications. Once I did that Calendar sync failed.

Deleted occurrences of a repeating event don't sync two ways between iCal and my HTC Thunderbolt android phone calendar using Google Calendar. All other syncing is okay.

When I delete a single occurrence of a repeating event in iCal, it will delete on the web in the Google calendar, but the event doesn't delete on my phone.

I would like to auto sync the gmail and calendar apps, only when they start. I am having a Galaxy SII (use the Gmail app and the Samsung Calendar app sync with goog), and I am relatively noob about Android.
