I've had nothing but trouble with the LG Optimus G. I have had 2 of them now.
They both have the same problems. THEY FREEZE AND THEY GET TOO HOT.
The freezing issue is incredibly annoying, by far the most annoying thing I've ever had to deal with on a phone.
It happens when I'm texting. The status bar turns white and I can't text. The phone just freezes up whenever I type anything.
I am having Laptop freezing issues. Whenever I try to use Firfox and vlc, chrome and vlc, firefox and chrome, or anything similar to that my computer freezes. I always have to kill one of the processes before I can use my laptop again. I am guessing this is a hardware issue because when I move the HD to my other laptop it works just fine without freezing.

I need help. I was told that Linux was a more stable computer, and I enjoyed what it stood for. But I'm not a computer programmer and I've been unable to get help for the issues that I have and I don't know what to do.
1. Dwell Click randomly stops working. I shut it down, log off it doesn't start off. Then randomly one day I start it up and it is working again.
ok i posted this same thing in another place just to find out i most likely put it in the wrong place cause no one was responding, sorry i am new here and wasn't sure. i would REALLY appreciate it if someone helped me out.
i downloaded Ubuntu a couple of days ago, i really liked it so far except one thing. i can't do anything without it freezing up constantly.

my s3 keeps freezing. the screen basically just freezes while i'm doing something. and the device stops responding to anything.
cant lock it. cant do anything. it doesnt even autolock , the screen just stays on with whatever i was working on.
the only solution is to wait for it(about 20 minutes) and it will get back to whatever it was doing earlier.
I used Wubi to install Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS today.
Whenever I install updates or new software the system freezes for several minutes. Programs "turn gray", everything is unresponsive except for the mouse and the sidebar. There is no action from the hard drive either so it seems like nothing is happening during that time.
