Unfortunately, I could not find this icon in my cPnael in which I expected to exist in the Files category. Is it hidden or sth should be installed?

I wonder whether I can exclude /run and still be able to get a viable save?

I can see only how to set up a single backup job for a specified set of folders to a specified destination in DejaDup.
