Hi guys,i am trying to set up Vim as my C++ IDE since 2 days and no success so far.I have installed Vim pacman -Q vim
vim 7.3.661-1I have downloaded vim-latex and clang tar balls, extract and place appropriate directorys in ~/.vim e.g.
Suppose I have a file which has 1000 columns (4 SHOWN FOR EXAMPLE)
two alphabets are separated by a space and then tab
A A"\t"C C"\t"G G"\t"0 0"\t"T T
A G"\t"C C"\t"G G"\t"A T"\t"0 0
G A"\t"0 0"\t"G C"\t"A A"\t"T C
whenever there is a 0 0 in any column, the output should be print
Around kernel version 3.14 my old linux system (fedora 19, P5B MB with Intel Core duo), which had been booting reliably for years, hung while booting at the "booting linux...." line. Nothing in log files. While debugging, I removed the "quiet" tag from the grub.cfg linux line, and voila it started booting normally again.
Try boot from CD, mount partition, use arch-chroot to go inside, use grub-install /dev/sda , or you can use "fdisk -l" to find your harddrive name and use "grub-install /dev/sdX" --boot-directory=/mnt/boot (X is name of disk). You can use "cat /boot/grub/grub.cfg | grep UUID" to find "old" uuid in grub.
debian wheezy is only one OS on my an old netbook.
so I don't want grub appears at boot but I want a key like "Shift" or any to force grub show at boot.
how can I configur for it.
I know it is easy task but I messed up my /etc/default/grub and a bit confused with many posts mostly on ubuntu forums.
