I don't use any display manager and when login input line appears it is distorted by acpid message:acpid:1 rule loaded acpid:waiting fore events: event logging is offHow can I disable that annoying message?

there's a similar bug report here, where this happens in KDE unless KDM is used: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/32371probably the same thing. if it really bothers you, you could try starting your xfce4 session via KDM...
