My lock screen makes me draw a security pattern (connect the dots) before it unlocks.
Is there a way that I can have a simple lock screen with no pattern required to unlock it? Thanks.
I'm wondering if there is a way to have a security lock screen as well as a swipe lock screen.
On my previous phone, a MyTouch 4G, I had a pattern lock set to lock after 5 minutes. If the screen turned off (because of timeout or hitting the power button), and I turned it back on within the 5 minutes, I would see the "slide to unlock" screen.
As we know forgetting lockscreen password/Pattern is really painful. Normally you need to wipe data.
Here is a flashable LockScreen_security_bypass.zip
Download and flash using CWM to bypass security lock on Lockscreen without wiping data. I have wrote script and tested on Note2 but should work on many other device too.
I think many people would have asked this but since I'm new to this site and I couldn't find an answer here or on google, I've decided to ask. I noticed if my type of screen lock was a simple swipe, I can add widgets onto my lock screen. However, like many other people, I've chosen to lock my screen with a pattern making it secure.
Hello everyone, I hope you can help me with this issue. I've had my S3 for over a year and I have the lock screen configured to use the pattern lock screen. Lately I noticed that the default lock screen (with Clock and lock at the bottom of the screen) appears and after swiping the lock, the pattern lock screen appears. Does anyone know how can I disable the default lock screen??
Sometimes when I use the power button to unlock the screen saver, the pattern lock screen is off center. It's so far off center I can't enter the pattern to unlock the phone. I have to press the power button twice to get a new pattern lock screen that is centered.
I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this with their phone. I've got Executive Assistant running under the lock screen.
