Hi,I am trying to get the accelerometer working on my Acer Iconia Tab W501In windows, it reported as a BMA150 device, so I have that driver loading on boot. After months of googling and making a mess in /sys, I still have not got the device working.
Per the "My wireless doesn't work" thread:
04:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Device 8190
04:00.0 0280: 10ec:8190
dmesg | less reveals nothing about this device (although it does show my wired ethernet). usr/sbin/iwconfig returns "no such file or directory."
Guys When I connect my phone to my computer it is constantly installing unknown device driver.
Ive tried all my ports. Its a hit and miss with this thing. In a blue moon it will catch and recognize it as the samsung device.
Hey, I have an MSI Wind U100 laptop/openSUSE 11.2 and I'm trying to get the webcam to work. The webcam seems to be detected by the kernel as "video0" (my understanding of linux is fairly basic so I could be wrong here), but it isn't detected at all by cheese, kopete, skype, or anything else I've tried.
