http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi all! i am currently on a rooted GB stock rom. if i want to use the Liquid Smooth - Jelly Bean V2.0 [Beta 2] , is it right to say i will have boot my phone to download mode and then select the file from my sd card? Any help is much appreciated! i tried searching the main thread but all i see are user changing to the rom from another rooted rom such as alliance etc . i didn't get to see anyone from a stock GB ROM. thanks for your help in advance!! I'm running ICS on my RAZR Maxx and wanted to consult with all of the knowledgeable people here on xda about whether or not I should flash CM10 Jelly Bean on it or if I should just stick to the stock ICS.

Hi all, I have the Verizon GS3 (SCH-I535). When I first got it, I flashed it using this guide - I apparently installed a rom by invisiblek that stripped out a lot of the applications. Well, since I'm a first time smartphone user, I asked in that thread that since my G3 was now rooted if I should accept OTA updates in the future, to which one person told me no.

A few weeks ago I flashed a Jelly bean rom which worked just fine, even though it was a bit less smooth than the stock rom. The only problems I was facing were constant wifi disconnects and huge battery drain.

So I decided to go back to stock rom after backing everything up using titanium backup.
