http://askubuntu.com – I am using Lubuntu 12.10. I have tried this on Arch Linux as well with kernel v3.6.3. I am using a Logitech mk320 wireless keyboard. When I try to type Unicode characters using + an Unicode character code it writes a letter instead. I think that it may have to do with the key map and the kernel but I am not very sure though. My question is this: How can I make the system interpret the character codes correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
