http://ubuntuforums.org – Just like Win + D on Windows (and Ubuntu), I need the same two keys (win keys + D) to minimize all other windows and show the desktop. I tried configuring it in the "Keyboard Shortcuts" utility, it shows Mod4+D, but unfortunately, when I press Win+D, it doesn't work as expected (by me ). Any other workaround? I don't need any other combination of keys other than Win + D to guide me to desktop (ctrl+alt+D works good, btw)... I am using Mate DE (Linux Mint 15) and the start menu pops up when I try hitting Win+D combination even after configuring it in the "Keyboard Shortcuts&quot (Hardware)
