I bought my nexus 7 in October so I've had it for a little over 3 months and iw absolutely love it, I've been having a bit of a problem with the screen and after a Google search I figured it was called light bleeding (has orange-yellowish tint going along all 4 sides)
So it's not too big of a deal as its only on the edges and not in the middle where I focus my attention plus it's really only n
I have a question/request. Is there a ROM for the S3 which has a light/white theme of android? I ask because when I am outside in sun light, the screen is hard to see with the black background. I noticed that a white color background is more visible in direct sun light. Thank you.
New to the Rezound and am loving it overall except for my confusion with the LED notification light.. I know the Rezound has one and I have the LED Light Notification enabled for everything incoming except for Alarms. But I don't recall ever seeing it flash. And a couple times I hear a notification, like a message and email coming in.. I stare at my phone, and no flashing LED.
So after flashing CM10 I fxz'd back to 2.3.5 and now my phone won't turn on and shows a white light and only shows a white light when connected to my computer. Can someone help?:(
I know that for printing a colored text using echo, for example red color, the code is: echo -e "\e[1;31m This is red text \e[0m"
and I know that in this example, 31 is code of red color and the number of other colors is:
Black 0;30 Dark Gray 1;30
Blue 0;34 Light Blue 1;34
Green 0;32 Light Green 1;32
Cyan 0;36 Light Cyan 1;36
Red 0;31
I ordered mine on Sept 5th from Google. (have not yet received it) Do I still need to be worried about screen lift, dead pixels, light bleed, etc, or should I be safe by now? By what date were we starting to see an improvement in quality?
Thanks,
Glen

I was just wondering, can anyone compare the light meter which can be accessed forma variety of apps on the SGS3 (Such as Light Tester, Android Sensor Box, etc) against a real light meter? I kind of based an entire 4000 word school paper around it, so it would be great to know if it is actually accurate. After my testings, it did seem fairly accurate, however I couldn't exactly tell.
The problem with both of these is that the text is displayed in white letters on a very light grey background, and I have reached an age that I can't tell what's there. I would prefer either black text on white background, or white text on a black background. Running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Hi all,
this may sound dumb, but i can't seem to charge or turn on my nexus 4.
i received my phone, plugged in the charger and a solid red notification light turned on. then i tried to power it on and nothing happened.
So i then unplugged it and plugged it in again this time a blinking light and a white charging indicator turned on.
