We know the LG Optimus G is one hell of a smartphone already— but we are about to see one hell of an enhanced addition to the Optimus G family. Our friends at Engadget recently got their hands on a press image of the Optimus G Pro smartphone which takes everything the original Optimus G has and makes it just a little better.
Today LG announced their high-end waterproof handset called the Optimus GJ. The device is just slightly larger than the original Optimus G at 131.9 x 68.9 x 8.5 mm vs. 136.9 x 68.9 x 9.9 mm. It can stay underwater up to 1 meter for as long as 3 minutes.
MetroPCS has announced the addition of the LG Optimus F6 smartphone to their portfolio of devices available for buyers on their prepaid no-annual-contract service. The LG Optimus F6 will be able to access the T-Mobile 4G LTE network via a MetroPCS unlimited data, talk and text plan starting at just $40 per month.
Today T-Mobile and Metro PCS confirmed that they would be getting the LG Optimus L70 and L90, both featuring Android 4.4 KitKat along with LG’s custom UI enhancements.
T-Mobile will carry the Optimus L90 starting on April 30, and it will sell for the full retail price of $228. Specs include a 4.7-inch qHD display, a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
