Google added two more unlocked phones to its stable today - HTC One and Galaxy S4. Both phones will ship by 09 Jul. They'll be joining the LG Nexus 4, which was released last Nov. All three phones have straight Android 4.2 and will receive all OS updates directly from Google. The two new devices also feature 4G LTE, while the Nexus does not.

Might be a lame question, but want to make sure I don't get burned before I buy this. Found a craigslist post for an almost brand new Nexus 5, apparently from Tmobile. Here is the title "GOOGLE NEXUS 5 BY LG T-MOBILE 16GB"
Will I be able to use this Straight Talk? Could this somehow be locked to Tmobile under contract? That is my only concern.

As expected the hot ticket is the 16GB version of the Nexus 4, and it’s already sold out.
