[kubuntu] AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter not working

http://ubuntuforums.org – Hi.. I purchased a new HP Laptop (HP 2000 series). I have installed Kubuntu 12.10 ,but I am unable to use wifi. After pressing F12(wifi switch) ,I got the following info from sudo rfkill list all: 0: phy0: Wireless LAN Soft blocked: no Hard blocked: yes 1: hp-wifi: Wireless LAN Soft blocked: yes Hard blocked: no 2: hp-bluetooth: Bluetooth Soft blocked: yes Hard blocked: no The information showed by sudo lshw -class network command is: *-network DISABLED description: Wireless interface product: AR9485 Wireless Network Adap (Hardware)

But WiFi is still disabled. Here is some info:

Ubuntu 11.10 is not working the internal bluetooth on my laptop hp pavilion dv6 3152er. The problem is that the bluetooth does not find the device (phone).

I have a problem connecting my Dell Vostro 1520 to the Internet by Wireless.

I am running Ubuntu 64 bit 12.04 3.2.0-37-generic. My wireless is not working.

I tried running rfkill unblock all.

A couple days after Ubuntu 10.10 installed on my HP CQ60-116TX, wireless network suddenly stopped working, it is said that also happened after upgrading to Ubuntu 10.10. Fortunately, I got the problem fixed after a few minutes’ searching.

I disabled bluetooth from bluetooth tray menu (unity), then bluetooth was disabled, and wireless disabled too. I can't enable bluetooth and wireless again. It said:

bluetooth is disabled by hardware switch wireless is disabled by hardware switch

I checked BIOS, no bluetooth, wireless option.

FN+F2 doesn't work.

sudo rfkill unblock all doesn't work.

I've a problem with Bluetooth...my notebook is Sony Vaio VPCEH1S0E and all works perfectly expect fro bluetooth. Let's go. I'm on Ubuntu 11.10 64bit and rfkill list give me this:

i've installed ubuntu 12.04 on a new compaq cq58 laptop.

I'm having problems with my Bluetooth. I have 12.10 installed in my Lenovo G470. I have already tried installing Blueman & Additional Drivers, but it is still not working. Below is the sudo rfkill list
