I've purchased 4 rolls of single color/white non-waterproof 5050 LED's and did my kitchen cabinets. Everything went great. I soldered my own wires on each contact after cutting and tied everything together with a power supply and was happy as a clam. Feeling confident in the procedure, I offered to do my mother's kitchen cabinets.
Hi there I am completely new to LED strip lighting. As part of a university project I am looking for single colour (bright white) LED strip lighting that forms a chase effect with two short strips placed on the front fairing of a motorcycle (Portable and weatherproof) The aim of this is to give an impression of a faster moving motorcycle to try and reduce collisions.
So I finally got some free time and wanted to try to change the button color. I have done it and it looks niice:D. Real easy to do took me about 20 mins to do. Only negative thing is that as of right now I dont know how to take the strips of color out once its in, so if your gonna try to do this do it with a color you will be satisfied with.
