KNetworkManager Problem

http://forums.opensuse.org – Hi I'm unable to connect my office laptop to my home wireless network using KNetworkManager. When I click on the greyed-out world, the network manager cannot see the network at all (i.e. the signal strength is 0%). The laptop is in the same room as the router, and my other laptop (running openSUSE 11.2) works OK. I don't think that the issue is the wireless card - I've just checked at the office and have been able to connect to its wireless network. The only thing that I can think of having done is that I changed the wireless channel on the router. Will this have affected KNetworkManager? If so, how do I make sure that KNetworkManager reflects the appropriate channel? (Distributions)
