If you use a specific software very regularly - it is important to become proficient with it and by learning the software's keyboard shortcuts - you can do just that. You can easily use your smartphone as reference of these shortcuts and be updated if new shortcuts are available.
In Short: you can get more work done - spending less time.

Ctrl-Backspace
Ctrl-Del

Did anybody get custom shortcuts working for Texmaker (using latest version 3.5)?
I defined CTRL+SHIFT+A for the \begin{align} environment and removed the shortcut for \textsf{} as it also has assinged CTRL+ALT+A (see Options -> Configure Texmaker -> Shortcuts). However, I cannot make it work. Restarting Texmaker did not help.
Thanks for input!
