Here's a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/pEjie0f.pngThe red X in my notifications area of the panel has been bothering me for a while. I'm using a colorized iconset of Aw0ken by alecive (deviantart it) but I've traced the icon to a missing image icon. If I try and change iconsets, I get the equivalent missing image icon...so there's something that's being
The volume control icon is missing from the panel. The n/w and battery icons are shown. When I try to edit the Notification Area from the Panel preferences I see the volume is not available as a recent app. I need help. Am a newbie :)
I'm running de-sensed ICS Tazz w/ Nova Launcher, and I installed a port of the Jelly Bean keyboard. Now whenever I use the keyboard there's a notification in the notification bar that says to 'Select input method', and I've already selected the JB keyboard a few times. Is there any way to get rid of this notification?
I've installed Ubuntu 12.04, and the first thing that I did was setting classic gnome session instead of Unity which I don't like. Everything is nice except one fact: I'm using Pidgin, and I am unable to make it show an icon in the notification panel (in the right up corner).
My Samsung Galaxy S4 has just done a software update. Im not sure what the update was because its still running Android 4.4.2 which is what it had before the update. However, the first thing Ive noticed is that the icon for enabling and disabling the GPS has disappeared from the notification panel when I slide my finger down the home page from the top of the screen.
This is on a RHEL6 system using GNOME (but it happens on Debian as well). I use an application called xchat and if you hide it using the icon in the notification area (as opposed to minimizing using window button) of the panel it will hide and only show an icon in the notification area.
