Kernel Release from [testing] to [core] Scheduling Information

view story

https://bbs.archlinux.org – I have been running 3.10 for a while now, and have had no problems.  You could just download the single package (and probably the headers and maybe docs) from the testing repo, and then install them manually.  You would have to be sure to get any additional kernel version specific modules that are required for the testing kernel of course (virtualbox modules come to mind).  You will get a warning that the linux package is newer than core, but it is harmless since you know exactly why that is.
