For years, KDE has delivered excellence in its Plasma desktop environment. The Plasma project is so big in itself, it has three parts- Plasma Desktop, Plasma Netbook and the new Plasma Active. Plasma Active turned some heads in October this year, when its first version appeared for tablets.Plasma Active 2 claims that it adapts to the way you use your device.
So as some people here claim you can customize KDE4 to be not worser than KDE3 I just tried to install it (KDE 4.4.4).
Hi
I'm a new openSUSE user - I've been using fedora for some time, and decided it's time to try out something new.
Now so far my fresh 11.2 copy works pretty well - I even got my mobility radeon 3650 to work with 3d support.
Had no issues with this plasmoid, until managed to lose plasma settings, helping someone in a thread on here.
Now, BBC have changed their site on 7th, and I can (likely as result) not re-configure the applet, search part fails.
Does anyone have it configured for BBC?

Went to the suse KDE4 repos and searched them but couldn't find it. Has it been removed for some reason?
Ok I have been searching the forums trying to find a similar issue and have not been able to find the answer to my situation.
I was going to try a different plasma desktop downloaded the file and let yast2 do the work. Afterwards I did some messing around with the desktop. Sadly I realized I was in root when I did this instead of doing it through the cli as su.
