KDE Desktop Plasma, no comic strips

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I had Fedora 10 running for since its release, was planning to skip Fedora 11. Well, I shorted my first RAID drive. Was unrepairable. Therefore I installed Fedora 11. I can not find the comic strips options in the KDE Desktop Plasma thingy, upper right of your screen. Used to read UserFriendly, Snoopy and Garfield daily. Let me know what I'm missing. (HowTos)

Using Fedora 11, KDE 4.3 RC1, 32-bit, NVidia driver.

Just booted up for the first time since installing the Fedora repo updates last night, and can't get to my desktop.

I log in OK, but then the ""KDE Crash Handler" opens up with:

I killed KDE's plasma-desktop on a openSUSE 11.2 machine, because it was eating too much CPU. How can I restart it via SSH or another tty session?

My computer is an old Mac Pro (Not sure why I ever got it, but there you go), and after using Fedora for a few months on my laptop, I decided to switch my desktop over the Fedora too.

For me, Fedora 18 has been the worst since Fedora Core 1 and, perhaps, 7 & 15. I believe it was fatally compromised by the Anaconda issues and was never able to fully recover. Up to this day, its behavior in all machines I have it installed has been sub-par.

Well, I did it, I got MATE (aka Gnome 2...) on Fedora. Here's how to get it:

Code: sudo yum groupinstall mate-desktop That's it! Just log out, select MATE in your desktop environments, and you now have a close representation of Gnome 2.

Advanced Comic Book Format (ACBF), a distribution and interchange format for digital comic books, is now at version 0.96.

I installed KDE plasma desktop in my ubuntu 11.10. In this environment I am not getting any information regarding my bluetooth or wifi availability.Where can I find these options ? ( I have checked System settings).
