A partially successful attempt at mounting:$ sudo mount -t cifs //192.168.0.125/БОС /home/alexey/smb4k/WSERVER/БОС -o username=uname, password=passwdIt's read only, unfortunately. How am I supposed to make it r/w?
Hi,On starting KDE KMix would start either Phonon or Pulseaudio style, unpredictably. A race condition, probably. There's nothing new about it: old kmix/pulseaudio thread. Unfortunately, the remedies suggested won't work for me. Any new ideas?

My /etc/hostname has already been set to mybox .## /etc/hosts: static lookup table for host names##<ip-address> <hostname.domain.org> <hostname>127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost# End of fileThis should be correct. Unfortunately, the problem is still there. Could /etc/hosts be innocent, after all?

Hi,One of the purposes of KDE custom shortcuts is to fire a character sequence (input action). A sequence can be defined like this, for instance:Shift+H:E:L:L:O-:-:-:Shift+`Shift+,:Shift+,I'd like to generate a special character which on cannot find right on keyboard (namely, em dash, U+2014).
