So I'm still figuring out the HTC One, coming from an iPhone. I want to just drag and drop photos from my phone onto my computer (Mac). I've connected via USB and used both HTC Sync Manager and Android File Transfer, but I cannot find where the photos live. When I go into the Pictures folder in File Transfer, all I see are screen captures.
Hi all
I did try to search the forums, but was unable to find any help on this issue.
I can easily transfer small files from my Windows 8 pc via USB cable on the MTP protocol to my samsung galaxy s3.
I was copying files from linux to windows (via COPSSH) using a command like (from linux shell):
scp -pr dir administrator@win:/cygdrive/c/dest/
(dir was a directory with files and subdirectories)
Transfer was interrupted by pressing ctrl-c (from linux shell).
Hi,

Problem is while watching videos at youtube the video stops after playing for 3-4 mins.
It displays the buffering indication but I can see there is no data transfer coz the LEDs of
my router shows no activity (not blinking).
At this point if I manually move the video progress slider to an advance time data transfer happens and the video starts pl
Hey guys this is probably a simple question but I can't figure it out. I have an old iTunes acct and want to dump it but I want to transfer all my movies, music and vids first. Now I transfer some videos just fine but some won't transfer, and my movies won't transfer at all? So what do I got to do?

Hi folks,
I have taken the plunge and moved from my iPhone 4s to a new Galaxy Note 2. And I'm loving it.
Everything is working very well and really fast compared to some tasks I used to do on the iPhone. Although I do have 1 question.
I have been at this for a month. I am at my wits end. Every time I sync my phone, it goes straight to internal memory. So, I transfer manually to my 64gb card but suddenly the music player says the player does not support this song. It plays perfectly when it is with internal memory. It refuses to play when transferred to SD. Am I doing anything wrong?
I recently purchased an iRiver P7 media player which I am using with Rhythmbox under Ubuntu 9.04. The transfer speed when uploading files to the player is phenomenally slow - the first 50 or so MB reported virtually instantly then the speed immediately drops to about 12-15KB/sec yes KB/sec so a 3-400MB video file takes hours to transfer to the player.
I have galaxy s3 and a Mac (not sure of lion or mountain lion.) Downloaded android file transfer and it works but not exactly like it is supposed to. I do not get a DCIM screen to appear that would give me file choices. But when i open iphoto it does show my samsung device.
