I'm currently using a Nexus S 4g with bad esn as a "ipod touch alike" running Cyangenmod 9 and i love it.
since i'm using T-Mobile and the nexus s have bad esn, i have to carry a cheap feature phone with recessive touch screen and i hate it ( i can't text fast on that phone and it is bulky to carry two devices )
i think a Used Nexus S 4g on sprint with bad esn will sell for around $140
Is it possible to port touchwiz 4 ics from the galaxy s 2
I saw it on the nexus s 4G. I hate touchwiz 3.0 GB and our phones don't have official touchwiz 4.0 ics. I wish I could do it but I'm not a developer.........Yet. :sly:

Hello. I recently switched to the Nexus after an 8 month love/hate relationship with the Droid Bionic. I bought it brand new when it came out in September and after 4 replacement Bionics, Verizon allowed me to switch to another phone last week. They gave me the option of the Nexus or the Razr (not the Maxx however). I decided to give the Nexus a try as I wanted to go with Ice Cream Sandwich.
Google's Nexus One phone is a winner, according to Linus Torvalds, founder of the operating system it's based on. "I generally hate phones," explained Torvalds, who is known as "the father of Linux," in a blog post on Saturday.
Samsung's & pure Google& , Android 2.3-based Nexus S 4G phone updates the Nexus S design with Sprint's 4G and the awesome new Google Voice service. However, the 4G WiMAX service available on this four-inch, 1GHz smartphone can't compare with Verizon's speedier LTE, and battery life is disappointing, says this eWEEK review....
So after my car accident I was in the market for a new phone because of my epic 4G touch biting the dust.
I love this phone. I get lte when it comes to my area, it's fast as hell, buttery jelly bean smooth, and no sprint bloatware.
However, like everything, I have some concerns. The battery life is pretty horrible.
I know we have a lot of battery life threads and I absolutely love this phone but mine is not getting good battery life. I'm an advanced android user, I know it well and I do know that some devices just have bugs which kill battery life.
Hey all, long time AC member here since my good ol' Droid X.
Anyway, I just bought a GS3 after having a Galaxy Nexus since launch.
Walmart.com is having a pretty good deal on the Epic 4G Touch for $90. But is now a good time to buy into a sprint wimax phone for the next 2 years? Isn't 4g lte right around the corner?
