Google on Tuesday announced a new feature that will let users of its Chrome browser sync bookmarks on multiple computers. Announced only a few weeks after its developers began working on the project, the sync capability is yet another round fired in a browser war that appears to be drawing in even more players.

I own Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) 4.1.2 with a root enabled. I've noticed that my Google account sync settings may suddenly reset. For example, I go Settings - Accounts - Google - <my account> and tick "Sync Calendar", "Sync Contacts", "Sync Gmail". Then I press "Sync now". Everything is ok so far.
Hi there... I dont think I have seen this in the tf201 forums so here goes... It annoyed me that JB stopped synchronizing bookmarks to the default browser (Not Chrome). Found this on the tf700 forums and confirm it works for tf201. My browser is now in sync!

Normally I use Google Sync in Chrome and Mozbackup in Firefox to save my bookmarks and passwords.

Hi, I just installed the x64 Stable + BPO version of CB to my laptop. It is the same crunchbang install CD that I used on my desktop. On the previous install, in the desktop, running the 'Install Google Chrome' script worked perfectly, but in this case the install fails.

I can't import the bookmarks from Google Chrome because -following the instructions on Mozilla Support, Import bookmarks from Google Chrome- there is not such a thing as "Import and Backup" within the Library window.
