jackd won't start

http://forums.opensuse.org – I have an M-Audio Delta 44 sound card and I can't get jackd to start. It worked fine under SuSE 11.1 but under 11.2 it seems to be missing something. Here's the error messages I get when I try to start it: /home/Pengwyn> jackd -d alsa could not open driver .so '/usr/lib/jack/jack_dummy.so': /usr/lib/jack/jack_dummy.so: undefined symbol: jack_driver_nt_init could not open driver .so '/usr/lib/jack/jack_alsa.so': /usr/lib/jack/jack_alsa.so: undefined symbol: jack_driver_nt_init could not open driver .so '/usr/lib/jack/jack_oss.so': /usr/lib/jack/jack_oss.so: undefined symbol: jack_driver_init could not find any drivers in /usr/lib/jack! jackd: no drivers found; exiting The driver interface is supposed to be ICE1712 multi. Any help with this would be most welcome. I'd rather not resort to my windows partition. (Distributions)

one application seems to reserve the jack device hw:0 When I try to start qjackctl, I get this dump-out:

HiOnce upon a time i had a working JACK config in CB. As per today i am on the latest CB Waldorf 64Bit release and installed only jackd & pulseaudio-module-jack via Synaptic by now. Is there anybody out there who may give me some directions on how to configure JACK correctly for a Waldorf setup? Thx.

Everything worked fine in 11.10. Upgrading to 12.04 has introduced errors in starting jack??

Initially, I was using QJackctl and found that it was using /usr/bin/jackdmp for the server. This was in the setup>options page. I was getting an error along the lines of 'cannot start server err - file does not exist'.

I have an alienware m14x specs http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=69...6844ddb5dcf84b the problem is that i inly get sound of one audio jack, and i have 2, also when i plug the hdmi it dosent work the audio. For my graphics card im using project bumblebee.
