This is my very first post to openSUSE and I've only been using Linux for a few days. I really love openSUSE but am experiencing a few problems. One problem is the fact that I can't install iTunes!! I own an iPod Touch and it is absolutely necessary for me to have iTunes or an iTunes alternative that can sync music/videos/podcasts with my iTouch.
Hey everyone!
I recently installed iTunes on Ubuntu 12.10 using PlayOnLinux and everything works fine except for the iTunes store doesn't want to load.
Does anyone else have this problem or know of a possible solution?
I tried using both iTunes 10, and iTunes 7, and both of them have the same issue.
Thanks,
Nanur
Up until recently, I exclusively used iPods and iTunes for music listening and purchasing. However, I'm ready to consolidate everything to my Android phone, meaning having all of my music and podcasts on it.
This will apply for all others that use iTunes as well. While searching for pics/vids of the NYC press event tonight, I found this article:
How to sync your Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with iTunes - News - Know Your Cell
Only catch is the music/videos have to be DRM-free. I don't use iTunes, but seems like a great option for those of you that do
Hi there,
Im running Itunes in wine ...can anyone tell me how to get itunes to see my Ipod ....and then sync ?
thanks
iTunes isn't working for me. It works, kind of, but not the log in, and the GUI... Well, something's wrong with it (picture here: )
When I try to run it via PlayOnLinux, it tells me "The file iTunesLibrary .itl has been installed by a different version".
I am running Wine 1.5.11, which I had HEARD could run iTunes. Am I missing something?
There is a bunch of free courses available on the net. But a lot of them are available only through iTunes, even if they are free, including one that interests me. There is no way I install iTunes on my computer (not that I can't, but I won't). Is there a workaround (ex : user-agent?) to download the files anyway?
I am a movie lover and like to download movies from iTunes store. So far I own about 200 iTunes movies on my computer. Recently I plan to buy a HTC One X but I am worrying that I can't transfer my iTunes movies to HTC to play back after I bought it. That's really frustrated you know. So I searched "transfer iTunes M4V to HTC" on Google and found some M4V converter.
After installing iTunes 10, when you open it a message may appear telling you that this copy of iTunes is unusable and needs to be installed again.
