I need to reformat a text using sed command like
Please help me how this can be done using sed.
Thanks in adv
I have a text file and I have to introduce single space after each character. The command that I am using is:
sed 's/./& /g' source.txt>output.txt
But I am not getting the output, output remains same as input.
Please help me regarding this.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to escape the ! character in Bash. For example, I want to print this:
Text text text!
I've tried this:
echo "Text text text\!"
but that prints this instead:
Text text text\!
(with an extra backslash).
How can I do this?
