Not sure if I am the "only" person to get an error message after the upgrade, but it's only for one app. I should also mention that the phone is rooted and using the stock ROM, and I have CMW recovery.
I wear a Bodymedia Link device (tracks calories, steps, etc.) about 23 hours a day. There's an app for the phone that syncs with the Bodymedia via Bluetooth.
This is annoying more than anything else but after the 3.2 update everyone go the ability to add "stickers" to a message. Well it doesn't exist for me. And to be clear I'm not talking about the FB messenger app. How/why would other people using the same phone, same service, have this and I don't?
Can anyone confirm?
Hello all, I have the ATT hox and recently tried doing the software update in hopes of seeing jellybean and something weird popped up on my phone. I got a message that says "install interrupted, current software is up to date you may check again in 522 hours and 56 minutes." Everything about that message is normal besides the time they gave me to check again.
Hi all.
Today I got a message telling me to update my firmware when I have wifi. So I did, downloaded it and the phone said it would reset it'self. It did, but then a message came up saying "Failed to update firmware. Try again using PC software )Kies) or visit a samsung service centre".
Any ideas how I can fix it?
Last night I ran update manager, and it started to download a whole lot of stuff. OK, done it before, no problem. But because it was taking a long time, I interrupted it, thinking, ah, it'll remember what it downloaded and carry on from there today. Today I also unchecked several non-critical items, and update manager started downloading.
Hi Everyone, I am a newbie, a recent blackberry convert. I have a new droid razr maxx hd that is set up perfectly and I *do not* want the jellybean update that is being pushed to my phone. I have rooted the phone, it is on ics 4.04 and I have installed titanium backup pro. I deleted device manager and have frozen the 3 oma apps, but I keep getting the update window for .7.2 en every few hours.
I am currently on Gingerbread 2.3.6 and would like to stay that way. It hasnt been an issue until this week when I guess Tmobile pushed out the 4.0.4 update. Now my phone is telling me that there is a "software update" and asking me to either do it now (phone will be unusable for ten minutes) or to postpone.
i have created a code piece that can be used to hide message in a image. after hiding the image inside the message, i tried to send that image through MMS. after receiving the image i tried to decrypt the message from image. But i couldn't retrive the message. the image size also reduced. Ho
AT&T JB update on Kies goes great until it is time to load the update on the phone. Then I get
the following message.
"Failed to acquire permission from the SGH-I747
administrator. The program will close.
Please log out of windows and log in to an
administrator account to restart Kies."
Can anyone tell me how to procede from here?
