Hello,
On XDA forums what is the difference between these 2 forums :
AT&T Samsung galaxy Note 2 1717 vs. AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

Is there a place in this group of forums that is moderated by Samsung tech personnel where questions may be asked and technical answers are provided? (On the 2 forums I've looked at, didn't see technical staff intervention.) Or if they are not to be found in these forums, where can they be located?
