Trying to return to stock and I have flashed 2 different stock roms from samfirmware, nd each time when booted it tells me messenger has stopped working. If I open the app it force closes. Any idea what might be causing this? I need it back to stock ASAP as I am selling the phone. Hello all, I'm on Eos4 JB ROM, and I need to return the tablet to stock 4.0.3 with a stock recovery.

I have no idea how to do this. I've tried the numerous toolkits around the web but all fail or just don't do anything.

Are there any fully stock .zips to flash for stock 4.0.3 and a way to flash back to stock recovery/unroot?

I need this done ASAP... By like.. Tonight!!! Help!!

I got bored over the weekend and root and romed my S3. I didn't like the roms I got so I wanted to go back to stock. Problem is I forgot to do a backup of the stock firmware before flashing. Is there a way to get back to true stock? I have flashed stock firmware back on the phone, but when I try to get the VZW update, it fails.

hello i recently bought note 2 and want to install stock ics on note 1 which is safest way to do this i am currently on lrq stock rooted with a few mods i want to put it back to ics stock no root ,do i have to go back to gingerbread first or can i install stock ics plz give instructions as i dont want to mess up thx

I would love to root this phone, but only if I can get a stock, or nearly stock ROM for it. I'm a huge fan of JB, but I couldn't wait for the Nexus 4.

Returning to stock 29 weeks 5 days ago

I have a 4G xoom that I am trying to return to stock. I have the stock images from Motorola and I am experienced in flashing so normally this would be a simple process for me, But I absolutely can not get past the 0x120000 error. I am using a Motorola cable (Not the one that comes with Xoom, But I don't have that one.) and I am using a port on the back.

Hey guys, I know there are a few stock images floating around that can bring you back to stock, but I wanted to put down the steps I used to get back to stock with 0 flash counter.

Just in case you need to return it for warranty work and you've flashed or rooted.

I guess I'm gonna have to return to stock state in order to send the phone for warranty (dead pixel line all along the screen)

I plan to flash a stock ROM with PC or Mobile Odin.

My questions are : Will it be enough ? Will it reset the counter and install the stock recovery ? Shall I have to use triangle away before ?

I need to return to stock in order to return my phone. Two problems:

1) I have the yellow triangle 2) My display is not working

Is there a program I can use to view/control my Epic 4g touch from my computer in order to use Mobile Odin to possible return to stock and get rid of triangle?

Currently running Re-Caulked Version 0.2.0 or maybe even 1.9.1?

Since I bought my new Samsug G S3 I I plan on selling my sprint evo design. What I need is a complete stock boot img, recovery img and ruu to return this phone back to stock ICS, or Gingerbrerad.. I use to have these files, but since building a new pc, I no longer have them on my hd..
