An issue with the menus vs the top bar in Gnome 3

view story

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I have the latest Fedora. With the latest official updates. Yet, I'm doing something wrong or nobody has context menus as long as mine. Because when I right click in my browser the first line is both invisible and unclickable as it is overlapped by the top bar, the one with the date and time. I can use the keyboard to reach that very position, but I still have to guess what's written there. How can I teach those menus to see the actual screen limit? After all, when I maximise one window it does not get over that line. (HowTos)
