I am not sure, but I think that this is a contentive service, i.e. you would be sharing the same fibre optic cable to the exchange with other people in your building. Not a direct fibre service, but a shared fibre service. Hyperoptic are specializing in supplying apartment buildings in urban centres. What most ISPs seem to be doing is introducing a lesser service, F (Hardware)
