IPTables setting gets lost - has to be re-applied

http://www.linuxquestions.org – We use IPTABLES to route traffic to a specific port. The rules are set and they are in /etc/sysconfig/iptables on multiple occasions we will find that the rule is not in place, and we have to issue the command again, there was no reboot. Is there a way that this will happen? Or a way to look for any logging to see how / when it happened ? CentOS 64bit this is the portion in question *nat :PREROUTING ACCEPT [11402319:779826236] :POSTROUTING ACCEPT [77212353:5206714030] :OUTPUT ACCEPT [77440219:5275920501] -A PREROUTING -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 9092 -A PREROUTING (HowTos)
