We are proud to announce the release of Kdenlive 0.8.
This simple tutorial will explain how to install Clementine and Rhythmbox scopes for Unity music lens.
Kdenlive, an intuitive and powerful multi-track video editor, which supports DV, AVCHD and HDV editing, is now at version 0.9.6.
Highlights of Kdenlive 0.9.6:
• A Reverse clip option has been added to Clip Jobs that creates a backwards clip;
• The list of audio / video bitrates can now be customized in the custom rendering profiles;
• Keyframes are now working properly when cuttin
Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) is now out, but it has been release without an important update for Unity, which didn’t made the cut before the launch day.The biggest feature of Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) should have been the Smart Scopes, a collection of scopes for Unity (like the existing Music, Video, and so on).
So I went to a concert last night and I was looking forward to recording a song or two with my S3, Little did I know the audio recording would be so horrendous. The video turned out really good though, but the audio was pretty bad.
Likely an upstream bug with kdenlive handling different codecs and video configurations incorrectly.Perhaps it would also be a good idea to cut the videos without having to re-encode them and put it through lossy compression a second time - maybe try cutting the video using ffmpeg with vcodec and acodec set to copy?
