Network and Xorg issues sounds to me like you did too much in one go.https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Be … leshootingCheck the connection, check the driver status and load the module: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ne … figurationIf the network interface doesn't show up (eth0), read this part: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ne … Interfaces

Thank you for your reply! If it is possible to share ESP between OSes, how do I do this (would it be sufficent to follow this section: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beginners'_Guide#For_UEFI_motherboards)? Welcome to Arch -- I assume you have not used Arch before? You might want to read a little about Arch: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_LinuxAnd "The Arch Way": https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/The_Arch_WaySpecifically the part about how Arch is "user centric" and not necessarily "user friendly":Arch Linux targets and accommodates competent GNU/Linux users
Please read the wiki, Arch doesn't come with X preinstalled, you need to install it yourself. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/In … stallationFirst, please update your system.
