Below is a link to a mobile device insurance provider. If you have NOT purchased insurance for your device when you got it, you CAN still do so...there is NO time limitations The rates are very good...as is the co-pay. If you damaged your phone and don't have insurance...Square Trade is the answer!
I realize this is a little off topic, but do any of you have insurance on your phone's? I saw an article that mentioned Worth Ave. Group, has anyone here ever used their service ? Square Trade wants ($125 - 30%) $95 plus $99 deductible... is this the best deal going ?
I broke the camera on my One Max and filed an insurance claim on May 15th. They told me that phone was on backorder but should be available in 3-7 days; however, here we are into June and it's still not available with no ETA. I can get the One M8 if I want but the screen is obviously smaller which sucks.
Would you rather pay $7/month and $100 deductible for insurance and go without a case. Or buy a case and ditch insurance? I have always had insurance and typically go without a case. If I get a case it's a thin one. I just picked up an otterbox defender. I'm thinking about dropping insurance but I'm not entirely sure.
So my Verizon LG G2 should arrive tomorrow. Insurance is now about $9 a month I think so its pretty pricey, in the past I had insurance but only used it once in about 12 years, used to be just like $5 too. My most recent phone was a prepaid Android and I didn't carry insurance as the phone was only $180. The G2 is probably over $600 at full price however.
I'm anticipating on buying a car in the next 2 to 3 weeks and i"m wondering, if I can still buy a car if I don't have insurance.
I'm still searching, so I won't know if I will buy through a dealer or a private party...however, the last time I bought a car from the dealer, my salesman almost went nuts when I told him I forgot to bring my proof of insurance.
I just purchased a 2 year warranty for the Nexus 5 via Square Trade for $107.00.
The Nexus 5 is not listed on their web site yet, so you will have to call to get the warranty. I personally think its a good deal.
The warranty price is $125.00 + tax - $25.00 discount.
