I have an issue with my mail server that I cannot seem to resolve. We are running Plesk 9.3 on a windows server (2008 R2) and the issue appears to be with the MailEnable MTA as restarting this fixes the problem. Normally around once a day emails just stop working and we fail to receive any new emails sent through to us until it is restarted.

Our Enkompass (v3.0.0.60) has started suspending multiple accounts over the last few days due to bandwidth exceeding. What we've noticed is that when we look at the AWStats of the account (in its WSOI control panel), it shows that the bandwidth used is way under what Enkompass is saying has been used. Enkompass is starting to suspend more accounts as each day goes by.
I have just installed Enkompass and I am having a few issues with the setup.
Firstly, when entering the SMTP details, when I click "Save" (there is no test button like the instructions suggest) it clears the password - every time?
The main issue now is that when looking at the servers and services page (Step 5), there is only the 1 server which is the Enkompass server running Enkom

I bought a vps and when I connect to it I saw plesk and mail enable installed.
Are Plesk and MailEnable for windows web server 2008 installed as default or does DataCenter have installed them individually?
Is it possible to configure one Mailbox in Exchange 2010 to encrypt the outgoing mails with PGP?
I have the following configuration:
1) External/Public SMTP-Relay (of course relay only for our domains) where all external Mail is sent to and forwarded to the public IP onsite and is also used as a smarthost for outgoing mail.
We have a very strange situation.
We are subscribe to SmarterMail 8.4 for hosting our email services, the email hosting panel is WebsitePanel + Plesk Panel.
Our colleague is using Outlook 2010 with POP3 setting.
We had noticed that some of the mail was found in the webmail, but it is not found in the Outlook client.
Now I am unable to add the SmarterMail service to this server, it accepts the password, but then I get the below error:

Hello all!
I have finally upgraded our v2.4 installation of Enkompass up to the latest v3.0.0.60, and everything went smoothly. I was hoping that an issue I noticed before would have been corrected, but it doesn't seem so.
The issue that one of our clients is having is related to Enkompass' handling of e-mail accounts.
